At The Santiam Handyman, we recently completed a Basement Remodeling project in Sublimity that completely transformed a family living space. The basement family room, initially needing a significant upgrade, was revamped with a faux stone veneer (Wolf Creek Country Ledgestone) covering the old CMU fireplace. The “new” fireplace mantle reclaimed from the historic Stayton Wilco building added a touch of antiquity to the place. We also covered the accent wall with reclaimed Douglas Fir from an early 1900’s farmhouse subfloor, perfectly complementing the new engineered wood plank flooring. Get an estimate today!
